While you are previewing your changes, in other words while you have the play button clicked, click OK to apply those changes. The problem must have something to do with AuditionAutotunes relationship with the previewplay button, at least with my softwarehardware. If you open up Autotune and simply click ok, everything works just fine, of course you havent made any edits in Graphical Mode at that point so it doesnt do anything. However, if you click previewplay button, do your edits in Autotune, and then subsequently click the stop button, and then click OK, Audition locks up. As long as you dont click the stop button to stop the effects preview, everything works fine after clicking OK.
